Vanessa Capozzi is the founder and lead interactive strategist and account manager for ieInteractive. She has over 12 years of experience providing interactive marketing services to a wide range of clients ranging from Fortune 500 financial services to retail, travel, non profit, and healthcare companies.

Vanessa Capozzi is PASSIONATE about Interactive Marketing and people development. She strongly believes in the power of collaborative teams and smart processes with an emphasis on trust and accountability. ieInteractive was developed on the foundation of creating a service model and team environment that is organic enough to allow for flexibility while providing a backbone and roadmap for clients and teams to use as a check and balance monitoring system.

Throughout Vanessa's 12+ year Interactive Marketing career, she has been known as someone who confidently leads, motivates and positively influences anyone working with her. She has been described as a top-notch, trustworthy professional who maintains an excellent balance of delivering results while empowering everyone around her. People who work with her believe in her, they trust her and know that she can be counted upon to roll up her sleeves, jump in and do whatever it takes to deliver the best end product possible.

Prior to establishing ieInteractive, Vanessa worked with advertising agencies such as: Brunner Digital (formerly known as Blattner Brunner), Communifx, MARC USA, and WestWind Media. She held a variety of leadership roles such as Interactive Account Supervisor, Interactive Account Manager, Interactive Project Manager, Vice President of Client Services, and Interactive Operations Manager. Regardless of her title, she has maintained a heavy focus on the end result, building relationships, and contributing significantly to the bottom line for the agencies and the clients she has served.
